1 remove distractions put your phone on silent number

2 get comfortable sit up straight in the chair with your feet on the floor and your hands in your lap or legs cross

3 set a timer number

4 focus inward

5 note the surroundings

6 inhale exhale

7 focus your thoughts number

8 be gentle with yourself number

9 stay until your time is up number
