  1. Porscha Russell

Meet Porscha - a woman of talent and perseverance. Though she was born in Washington D.C., she now calls Baltimore County home. As a child, Porscha was always creative, and at the young age of 13, she began doing hair. In high school, she pursued cosmetology as her trade and became well-versed in all services. Her niche, however, was braiding, and she excelled in it. But even with her achievements, life threw her a curveball, and she had to transfer schools. Nevertheless, she persevered and attended cosmetology school as a full-time associate at Walmart. After graduation, she jumped headfirst into her career. But Porscha didn't stop there. In 2021, she went back to school to become an esthetician, determined to master herself and graduate on time. Through her hard work and determination, Porscha has become an inspiration to her community and family, and they are all proud of how far she has come, even with the bumps in the road.

"Being an entrepreneur isn’t for the weak however if you want something bad enough nothing will stop you from doing and being the best in your craft. As cliché as it sounds you can do really whatever you fully put your mind to."
